• Files: Documents you upload for conversion are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 1 hour
• Usage Tracking: We track conversion counts and use hashed IP addresses to enforce the 5-conversion limit for free users
• Sessions: Anonymous session data to maintain your conversion history during your visit
• IP Address Hashing: IP addresses are one-way hashed with salt for privacy-compliant usage limit enforcement
• Geographic Analytics: We detect your country from your IP address for usage analytics and service improvement. This information is used solely for understanding our global user base and is not linked to personal identification

Data Security

Your security is our priority:

• Encryption: All data is transmitted using TLS 1.3+ encryption
• Automatic Deletion: Files are automatically deleted after 1 hour
• No Permanent Storage: We don't permanently store your documents
• Secure Processing: Files are processed in a secure environment

Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

• Know what data we collect
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out of data processing
• Access your personal information

Data Retention

We automatically delete all uploaded and converted files within 1 hour. Session data is cleared when you close your browser or after 24 hours of inactivity.

We do not share your files or personal data with any third parties. We do not use tracking analytics or advertising platforms.
