DocFlip provides free document conversion services between Word and PDF formats. Free users receive 5 conversions, with unlimited conversions available through our €7 lifetime premium upgrade.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only upload documents you own or have permission to convert
• Not upload malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Not attempt to overload or abuse our systems
• Use the service for legitimate document conversion purposes only

File Security

While we implement strong security measures, you acknowledge that:

• No internet transmission is 100% secure
• You should not upload highly sensitive documents
• Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour
• We are not liable for any data breaches beyond our control

Conversion Accuracy

We strive for accurate conversions but cannot guarantee perfect results. You should verify converted documents before using them for official purposes.

Premium Features

Premium access provides unlimited conversions for a one-time €7 fee. Premium status is tied to your account and includes batch upload capabilities (up to 50 files at once).

Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
